"K!" Our new team member has started putting up new releases on our discord channel, and his first priority is fixing, upgrading and finishing all my past encodes using the best sources he can get his hands on.

As mentioned before, I will not share the mega links shown in the picture in link format here as it can be grabbed and reported automatically using a scrapper bot, but you can join the discord server and look in the "releases" text channel for these and any upcoming shows.

In the meantime, we are working on quedia.tv itself, it's a slow process, but It's coming along smoothly.

I've re-uploaded every cartoon I had on Mega, but I can't share them here, since this place is technically a public channel,
and can be scrapped without even a telegram account from the web! That was most likely the reason most of the old links got taken down despite this channel only having around 300 subscribers at the time.

I did go around and gave everyone who've asked for a re-upload the links they wanted.
And I've also uploaded the whole list on the Discord server, since it is a private thing. :)

Another piece of news, We've been working on quedia for the last couple of months, but rather slowly. Things do seem to be speeding up though, you might see more activity and some changes to the site if things go smoothly.

Another update: The site is currently down and I've managed to get some help on the project.

We're in the middle of migrating and redoing everything that didn't exactly meet my expectations. In the mean time, the service is currently offline so we don't have to worry about keeping things backwards compatible with the older stuff I've written over the years.

I cannot currently give any estimations on when things will be back up again, but i "hope" a week should be enough to at least get the old system running in the new environment. but no promises.

In the mean time, you're welcome to join the development discord, or the telegram group and share links with each other.

Edit: one other thing, I know lots of my uploads on mega have been taken down, but until now I didn't have the time or reason to re-upload everything missing. Now that the server is offline, I feel it makes more sense to relive my old uploads, so there is a good chance I'll fix every broken link on this channel and repost them in a couple of days if possible.

So a little update it in order, but I'll try to keep it short.

1 - Some of you may know that I live in Iran, and you know how 2020 turned out to be so far, I was able to tolerate all the hectic events that happens here, since it wouldn't really interfere with my line of work and interest, but an 8 day internet blackout, and a total lack of understanding of the simple math behind a pandemic, shows I was too optimistic. So I kinda have to shift my focus more important stuff for the time being to lower the risk of serious threats in my life.

2 - My other project that after years has hit a net positive financial gain, after only one month hit a serious block due to the pandemic, and left us hanging with a rented office space that we can't use and some big servers that we still have to pay for so we don't loose our data. It's not as bleak is it sounds, but it still prevents me to pay any attention to quedia. The good news is after the dust has cleared, We've agreed to let me use the extra time and manpower we get in our office space, to put on quedia.

3 - I've upgraded my server for the time being so that it can handle more users, but still be kind to the server! I've given a free direct download grant to all users for the time being, but it's all temporary, including the people who use the new invite link:

I'll revoke the grant once either, I ran out of resources again. or when I finish implementing the Mega feature I've been trying to do.

4 - And lastly, I'm considering joining another torrent community, I think 1337x.st looks pretty promising, but I do need more options, if you have any good public torrenting sites in mind, let me know. and I'll put a poll out later so we get a final verdict.

Since a lot of people wanted this show, I manually added it to mega this time.

I'm hopin I can finish the new design/db logic in about 15 days. no promises though since it's a lot of work.

TDLR; If you don’t have an account on Quedia and want in, wait until I automate uploads to mega.

This channel has been the main place for my updates and announcements, but still some information won't make it here from the discord server. So a little update is in order.

First: Quedia is not a source of income for me and will probably not be for a good while. I have plans for it in the long term, and possibly short term like ads if I need the money. (still, running ads on a site with under 1000 users is not the best idea! It only damages the quality and maybe privacy of the site. So don’t worry.)

Second: I have another project (not related) that was making good enough money so that I can single handedly continue quedia with my own money. But the whole pandemic thing completely stopped any money that I was making, and also stopped me from moving my responsibilities to others (by paying them!) so that I have more free time to focus on Quedia. Bummer, I know. But since my university is out as well, I do have some extra time if I want to push myself to work on both projects. I’m just too lazy!

Third: There is an issue that I can not give out any invite links with download access since The server has reached its limit. Any more and I might not be able to encode with it fast enough that it's worth it. (Yes I use the same server!)
And also, uploading stuff to mega has become more of a challenge since there are lots of mega accounts that I have to keep track of, manually log in to generate a link (Last I checked, generating links for folders was not part of the automation api).
So If I don’t want to painstakingly upload every single episode to different mega accounts and keep track of them, (practically impossible) I have to automate it as much as It allows me.

So for the time being, if you still haven't made an account in Quedia, or if someone else has invited you and you don’t have access to direct download, you have to wait until I finish making mega uploads automatic. Then I’ll make another invite link for another 200 people, this time with no direct download access. It’s the next item on my checklist.

If i create more invite links later, they will not give you the ability to download directly from the site. (this will probably happen After I add all episodes to mega)

Also, being invited by someone else that is not an admin, will not give you Direct Download either.

(Anyone that was invited by a friend before this moment, was also granted the "Early Bird" status, which allows them to download from the server. This is just fair if you think about it.)
