The installation of #TarkovArena technical update has begun. The installation will take approximately 4 hours, but may be extended if required. The game will not be accessible during this period.

We continue to actively work on a series of fixes and changes aimed at optimising and improving the technical state of the game. More updates are planned in the near future.

List of fixes:
● Improved in-game client performance by optimising the Nvidia Reflex setting, regardless of whether the setting is enabled for players;
● Significantly improved in-game client performance in TeamFight mode by improving the operation of the clean-up crew.

Tomorrow, February 5, at 7:00 AM GMT / 2:00 AM EST we are planning to install a technical patch for #TarkovArena. The installation will take approximately 4 hours, but may be extended if required. The game will not be accessible during this period.

New balancing changes to #TarkovArena and #EscapefromTarkov.

Adjustments to Ref's tasks:
● Easy Money Part 1 - replaced the special task posters with regular lootable posters, three of which are given out by Skier after accepting the task. To progress the task, you only need to place one poster.
● To Great Heights Part 2 - removed the objective to reach 1700 ARP rating;
● Against the Conscience Part 2 - removed the objective to reach 2200 ARP rating.

Adjustments to specific conditions for daily and weekly tasks:
● For tasks in BlastGang and TeamFight modes, removed “Win a match X times by eliminating the enemy team in the main time”;
● For tasks in BlastGang mode, removed “Win a match X times by eliminating the enemy team during the device activation timer”;
● For tasks in TeamFight mode, removed “Win a match X times by eliminating the enemy team in the extra time”;
● For tasks in BlastGang mode, removed “Win a match X times by letting the device activate or by deactivating the device”;
● For tasks in TeamFight mode, removed “Win a match X times by capturing the objective”;
● For tasks in BlastGang and TeamFight modes, removed “Win a round by eliminating the enemy team in the main time”;
● For tasks in BlastGang mode, removed “Win a round by eliminating the enemy team during the device activation timer”;
● For tasks in TeamFight mode, removed “Win a round by eliminating the enemy team in the extra time”;
● For tasks in BlastGang mode, removed “Win a round by letting the device activate or by deactivating the device”;
● For tasks in TeamFight mode, removed “Win a round by capturing the objective”;
● For tasks in BlastGang and TeamFight modes, removed “Win a match dying less than X times”;
● For tasks in BlastGang mode, removed “Eliminate the device-carrying enemies”.

We have installed a technical update for #EscapefromTarkov.

The game will not be stopped, however the raid time on servers undergoing the updates may be reduced to 10 minutes.

Please download the update via the Launcher.

● Added the ability to disable the game frame limit in raids with VSync and the Nvidia Reflex setting disabled;
● Fixed all known causes of disappearing audio in raids;

If these issues persist, please submit the bug reports via the BSG Launcher. If possible, provide videos and screenshots of the issues.

● Fixed the positioning of the gunshot sound source when the shooter was directly behind the player's back;
● Fixed the active headset effect disappearing when starting a raid in PvE;
● Fixed the positioning for Zryachiy and his guards at the peninsula on Lighthouse;
● Fixed multiple visual issues on locations.

Players have access to a new iteration of in-game surveys in #EscapefromTarkov. The current questions are aimed at gathering additional player feedback on the Khorovod in-game event.

Upon completion, players will receive an in-game reward.

We are actively monitoring player feedback after installing patch 0.2.6.0 for #TarkovArena.

● Fixed issues with access to PVE in #EscapefromTarkov, as well as the ability to switch from PVE to PVP mode;
● Set of clothing, available in Escape from Tarkov with the update 0.16.0 will be added in EFT: Arena with 0.2.7 update.

We are also aware of the persistence of a bug when respawning in aiming mode and are already working on fixing it.

In case you encounter any bug or issue, don't forget to submit bug reports for faster fixing of its causes.

● Added synchronization for purchasable clothing sets;
● Fixed various issues that caused packet loss in a match and complete loss of connection to the server;
● Fixed all known issues with experience and task synchronization between EFT and EFT: Arena;
● Fixed an issue where high textures would not change to low textures if the settings were changed during a match;
● Fixed the incorrect fee calculation when transferring items from EFT: Arena to EFT;
● Fixed an issue where a player would receive a temporary in-game ban when attempting to connect to a server unsuccessfully;
● Fixed an issue where a player would become invisible to other players in a match after a reconnect;
● Fixed an issue where a player's camera would freeze after a reconnect;
● Fixed an issue with respawning in aiming mode after dying while aiming;
● Several UI fixes and improvements.
