You just load up pyapdutool type each apdu in one by one and click send with the transport key for the first one. Once you get down to the historical byte/ parsed atr section you just parse your atr on any atr parser website (I use the one on Java card os). Then put the byte length which is normally 0E but you can find that by putting the parsed atr in the data section and looking at the LC. Once the historical byte length is in you put the parsed atr after that and do the same for the next then continue to put the apdu commands in until you’re finished then disconnect your card
