With the Paris 2024 Games behind us, the IJF has introduced updated rules to shape the future of judo on the road to LA 2028. These changes aim to empower athletes and refine the sport while staying true to its core values.

The new rules will debut at the Paris Grand Slam 2025 and will be reviewed after the Budapest World Championships🥋
