Requirement


We are seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining API integrations between Workday and Coupa. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality. The Integration Specialist will also conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and document the integration processes comprehensively.





Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement two API integrations between Workday and Coupa. The in-scope integrations both using API, no middleware will be Invoice Attachments from Coupa to Workday (for approved invoices) and Expense Reports from Coupa to Workday (modification required to send reimbursable expenses to payroll and corporate card transactions to the GL, likely need a scoping session to clarify the requirement)

• Ensure integrations are robust, efficient, and scalable to meet business needs.

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure integrations function as expected.

• Identify and resolve defects or discrepancies found during testing.

• Collaborate with QA teams to validate the accuracy and reliability of integrations.

• Create and maintain detailed integration documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.



Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and managing integrations between ERP systems.

• Hands-on experience with Workday and Coupa integrations is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using APIs for system integration.

• Strong understanding of API protocols and data exchange formats (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

• Familiarity with integration platforms and tools.

• Experience with system integration testing methodologies.
