Aba, while these past few days without having you around have been the most difficult of my life, they have also been the most beautiful. Although you’re not with me physically, I can feel you everywhere I go. Even yesterday, when the lights started flickering in a way they never have - I knew it was you. At the funeral, when the sun broke through the clouds right when I started speaking and lit up my heart, I knew it was you. Seeing your power from the other side inspires me to become the best version of myself that I can be, all in your honor. Our physical connection may have ended in this lifetime, but I know another awaits us and I can’t wait to experience that with you. I love you so much Aba. Thank you for instilling so much strength and power within me. I promise to continue your legacy and make you PROUD!!!! 🩵🩵🩵

Although we buried your body today, your soul is eternal and I will forever feel you wherever I go. I look forward to speaking with you in my dreams and seeing what you can pull off from the “other side”. If there is one thing I learned from you, that is… NEVER UNDERESTIMATE MANNY SHURKA!!!
