Vectras VM

Vectras VM version 2.9.1 LTS is coming soon. This version is the long-term supported version from Nguyen Bao An Bui and only for devices with CPUs that support both 32bit and 64bit. This version will be supported for at least the next 2 years.

What's new?
- Added automatic creation of new hard drive when creating new virtual machine.
- Fixed virtual machine being converted to another architecture when editing virtual machine.
- Added dialog to report file or directory does not exist.
- Fixed virtual machine not running because of previous "No such file or directory" error.
- Fixed not being able to use CDROM for ARM64.

- Added use of fixed ID for VMs provided by cvbi file.
