Proton DEX community: 100,000 XPR

The Proton Consortium recently completed a review of Block Producers on Proton Mainnet.

Some BP's have been temporarily removed from Mainnet using a multi-sig proposal until they can meet network requirements.

Users that are staking XPR should update their votes to ensure they are voting for 4 current Block Producers.
