📢 Important Announcement 📢

For the past 3 months after the Singapore Court has granted Zipmex Group moratorium relief, Zipmex has been in constant contact with regulators to provide them with regular updates on the evolving situation.

Zipmex has been working to ensure that we adhere to what serves our customers' best interests in all our actions.

A summary of the past prominent moratorium-related measures and our plan in the near future are below for your reference.

1. Our solicitors in Singapore, Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC, have regularly submitted updates on Zipmex Group’s monthly management accounts to the Singapore Court.

2. Zipmex Group has held a Town Hall within the 1-month timeframe set by the Singapore Court to inform and update our creditors and customers with all relevant information they ought to know firsthand.

3. Zipmex Group and a number of counsellors have considered the establishment of the creditor committee. However, we have also unanimously agreed that doing so might bring about unfair treatment to other creditors in different countries and create financial burden to the management fund.

4. Zipmex Group has today filed applications for the extension of the moratorium until 2 April 2023 to support the restructuring efforts (pending consideration by the Singapore courts). The Court documents filed in Singapore will be made available to all interested parties imminently.

Zipmex is committed to ensuring that all interested parties continue to be kept up to date with the progress and the situation.

🛎 Zipmex is constantly reviewing the listed assets on our platform as we strive to provide the best trading experience for our customers. As a result, Zipmex is delisting TrustSwap (SWAP).

🛎 Asset delisting schedule:

🔵 2 December 2022 18:00 (UTC +8) - TrustSwap (SWAP) will be delisted from the exchange.
🔵 16 February 2023 18:00 (UTC +8) - Last day customers will be able to withdraw the asset marked for delisting via the Zipmex website and app.
🔵 16 February 2023 18:00 (UTC +8) onwards - Holders of SWAP who have yet to withdraw their SWAP assets by this time and date will have their SWAP assets liquidated into the equivalent amount in USDT into their Trade Wallet by 23 February 2022 at the latest. The amount of USDT that users will receive will refer to the Market Price where the liquidation takes place.
